Last Updated: 5/19/2026

Welcome to Aetherline Reports. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aetherline Reports, including our signal repositories, dashboards, research summaries, digital reports, subscription products, API-lite products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  1. About Aetherline Reports

Aetherline Reports provides structured signal intelligence, research summaries, automated analysis, and informational trend-monitoring tools. Our Services are designed to help users monitor developments in areas such as AI, automation, emerging technology, energy, biotech, space, defense, and other future-facing sectors.

Aetherline Reports is an informational intelligence and research product. It is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, legal advisor, business consultant, broker, analyst firm, or professional advisory service.

  1. Informational Purposes Only

All content provided through Aetherline Reports is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • Business advice
  • Professional consulting advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell, invest, hire, partner, launch, or take any specific action

You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal, investment, business, or strategic decisions.

  1. No Guarantees

Aetherline Reports does not guarantee:

  • Specific business results
  • Financial returns
  • Investment outcomes
  • Increased revenue
  • Competitive advantage
  • Complete market coverage
  • Error-free analysis
  • Continuous access or uptime
  • That every important signal, trend, article, or development will be included

Our Services may include automated research, AI-assisted classification, third-party content, external links, and human-created or system-generated summaries. While we aim to provide useful and thoughtful intelligence, no research system is perfect.

  1. Subscriptions and Billing

Some Aetherline Reports products are sold as recurring subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Subscription billing will continue until you cancel.

You are responsible for reviewing the subscription terms before purchase, including:

  • The product being purchased
  • The subscription price
  • The billing frequency
  • The cancellation policy
  • The refund policy
  • The type of access provided
  1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless access is terminated earlier due to violation of these Terms.

To cancel, use the cancellation method provided through the checkout platform, customer portal, or contact us at:

[Insert Support Email]

  1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Aetherline Reports products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds for:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Digital repository access
  • Digital reports
  • API-lite access
  • Downloadable products
  • Failure to use the product
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of results
  • Accidental purchases after access has been provided

We make product descriptions, pricing, access details, and demo materials available so customers can review what they are purchasing before subscribing.

  1. Demo and Product Expectations

Aetherline Reports may provide demos, screenshots, previews, sample records, or product descriptions before purchase.

These demos are intended to show the general nature, structure, and style of the product. The live paid product may differ from the demo in volume, content, layout, available records, interface structure, update frequency, or features.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you had the opportunity to review available product information before buying.

  1. Access Terms

Your subscription gives you access to the specific product, repository, report, dashboard, or service described at checkout.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, access is for one individual user only.

You may not:

  • Share your login, access link, password, or private repository access
  • Resell access
  • Republish Aetherline content
  • Copy large portions of the repository
  • Scrape, crawl, export, or mass-download repository data
  • Use automated tools to extract content
  • Repackage Aetherline content as your own product
  • Use the Services to build a competing product
  • Circumvent access controls
  • Share paid content publicly or with unauthorized third parties
  1. API-Lite and Data Access Products

If Aetherline Reports offers API-lite, data export, JSON feed, webhook, or similar structured data access, additional restrictions apply.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, API-lite access is for internal use only. You may not:

  • Resell API-lite access
  • Publicly redistribute the data
  • Use the data as the primary basis for a competing intelligence product
  • Exceed reasonable rate limits
  • Use automated extraction methods beyond the access method provided
  • Misrepresent Aetherline data as your own original research

Aetherline Reports may modify, limit, suspend, or revoke API-lite access if usage appears abusive, excessive, unauthorized, or harmful to the Services.

  1. Third-Party Sources and Links

  1. Accuracy and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful, timely, and accurate information. However, Aetherline Reports may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, duplicate records, classification mistakes, incomplete summaries, or technical issues.

The Services may be modified, paused, interrupted, redesigned, limited, or discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or that all data will be current, complete, or error-free.
